Another quick project!! Adding trim to your bathroom mirror! Or if you are like me and already had trim up from the existing homeowner but want to change it up a bit- just distress it with a sander and add some stain!! Looks like new!!
I will be adding some trim to the spare bathroom mirror soon. So come back for a tutorial!!

Our Stair wall finally has painted shiplap! We extended the shelf out to actually set some stuff on there! Only thing left is putting something really cool up on the wall and a new light fixture!! Yay! 🙌🏻

Wow! Where did August and September go???? 🙈 I have been one busy woman- but I have been also staying busy with Ooh Lah Lah Designs as well!! Like finishing the master bathroom! And here is a throw back to when we had an orange bathroom on day 1 of moving in

Last time we saw the master bathroom, everything was done except for the floor tile.
THIS is what it looked like during demo. That tile was CRAZY thick and man was it messy!!! We are thankful for the help during demo as well as the advice for laying the new tile down!! Although- I believe this is the second time I have run out of either tile or grout right at the end 🙈 So my quick tip: ALWAYS BUY EXTRA PEOPLE!! 👌🏻👍🏻😉
oh.. and we also painted over the last bit of orange paint that was behind the toilet area

Let’s just start with what the house was staged to look like when we walked through it the first time again. The walls were chocolate brown and it was a funky shaped room. Painting this puppy took FOREVER!
The #stephensonspechome is well on it’s way! I can’t wait to see all the details I picked out come together to make this beautiful home for sale in sunny Saint George, Utah! I’ll continue to post more pictures as the progress continues!!
